Atlas was founded in 2015 with a definitive start focused on tube filling services for contract manufacturers. Over the years we consistently improved our processes, equipment, tooling and facility to be as effective as possible. We are a small team that is automated and extremely efficient in what we do. Our goal is build a long term business relationship ensuring that you are assured that we will always get the job done properly and professionally to the highest quality standards. We want you to be confident that YOUR clients will be happy with their filled tubes.
CERTIFICATIONS
At Atlas, we are proud of our achievements. Our list of accomplishments includes reaching certification to the ISO 9001 quality management system, the ISO 22716 Cosmetic cGMP standards and the FDA's Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program. In our pursuit of perfection, we found opportunity for improvement in our management, documentation and processes. Applying ourselves for over a year to develop the Quality Management System we now operate with, we found that the ISO standards were a wonderful platform for our development and growth. Once we developed the core structure for our QMS (9001), we decided to integrate the cosmetic cGMP standards (22716), as they are directly in line with our business.
ISO:9001
The ISO 9001 standard is more commonplace, as it can be applied to practically any business model. Atlas’ ISO 9001 registration is evidence that we have developed and maintain a quality management system, designed and tested to provide a very high level of quality in our services and customer support. Another notable component of this standard is the continual improvement requirements, ensuring that opportunities for improvement are assessed and applied. It also applies framework that ensures mistakes, when they happen, are dealt with efficiently and are not repeated. We acknowledge and embrace this continual improvement mentality as a daily function of our business.
ISO:22716
The ISO 22716 standard is much more specific in its requirements, as it deals specifically with current Good Manufacturing Practices for the Cosmetics industry. These GMPs include requirements for material handling, cleaning, validation, lab work, and addresses numerous other pertinent categories. Applying these industry-standard practices and controls to our processes and documentation ensures our customers receive the highest quality of service that can be provided. This ISO cGMP standard is now seamlessly integrated into our QMS.
