Q. Do you charge for tooling, what sizes do you have?
A. We do not charge our customers for tooling! Our in-house tooling sizes range from 16mm-50mm with custom sizes in between, fitting most cosmetic tube projects and cutting down turn around times.

Q. Do you formulate and batch at WeFillTubes?
A. No, we do not formulate or batch, just fill seal and pack!

Q. Do you offer incoming and outgoing micro analysis for raw materials going in the cosmetic tube?
A. Yes, once your bulk material gets to our facility we pull batch samples and send them off to the lab to ensure product meets all proper guidelines for filling. Once production is finished we send a finished sample to the lab to ensure your product is ready for market!

Q. What is the typical turnaround time from when you receive my Tubes/Materials to completion of filling?
A. Typically one week, but in emergency situations we can get you on the line next day with a customer waiver.

Q. Do you offer Lot Code, batch ,or Expiration date printing on secondary packaging (IFC) that im putting my tubes in?
A. Yes, we offer printing on secondary packaging, customer specifies what they would like, in black, white and yellow ink colors.

Q. Do you offer long term storage for tubes and bulk?
A. Yes, We are a fast turnaround service so most of our customers materials come in and go out quickly, but if you need storage we do offer long term storage options with a price per pallet of $30.00.

Q. Do you sell cosmetic tubes?
A. No, WeFillTubes.com only fills, seals and packs tubes, we do not sell them.
